  • A refund is required due to a technical error on the website or payment gateway.

All refund requests must be supported with valid transaction details and proof of payment.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds shall not be applicable in the following situations:

  • Client dissatisfaction arising from personal expectations, change of mind, or decision not to proceed after availing advisory services.

  • Any third-party charges, taxes, or statutory fees once paid.

Cancellation Policy

Service cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the service has commenced. Once service delivery has started, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
  • Smart Wealth Hub shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
